MEET THE FOUNDER

Henry DuBois, PT

Henry DuBois has over 20 years of experience helping patients move and live better. A New Hampshire native, he worked across home health and outpatient settings before serving Milford until 2025.

He then founded Granite Town Physical Therapy, a home-based practice dedicated to keeping care local, personal, and accessible. In 2026, the practice expanded into its current clinic space at Summit Strength, Shaw’s Plaza, Milford, NH, providing patients with a convenient, professional clinic setting close to home.
